Red Chili con Carne – TheWhiteFlourHour

After listening to TheWhiteFlourHour podcast, I decided to try a Texas Chili. I looked at some recipes, compared the ingredients and methods and went to work. The end product, despite being simple to make, has a complex unfolding of flavors as the chili dissolves on the tongue. Not a stupid getting blown away by heat, but a savory, satisfying flavor that will change the way you think about chili. Make it a day in advance, it is better the next day. There are many recipes for Chili con Carne on the internet, but here is what I leaned from reading quite a few, and using my wife’s well equipped kitchen. Read the whole thing before cooking:

Chili con Carne. Note the absence of a knife? Note the absence of beans? Neither will be needed for a completely satisfying meal. 

1. An enameled pot like Le Crueset is ideal for stews, and a fine gift for your Mrs. The light color inside the pot means you can brown beef and easily see and deglaze and scrape the brown bits off the bottom, it where much flavor is. Cast iron or heavy steel is good too, just harder to see when you deglaze.

2 Make your own sauce base – “chilis in adobo means the salt, oregano, cumin is already in there and this was done to preserve chilis. I did not use “chilis in adobo”, I made the base and add salt, roast garlic, cumin, cinnamon, ect as dry ingredients because it is more economical, fresher, better. A hand mixer is a great investment for any chef, they are affordable, easy to clean and store and versatile.

3 Some recipes say to add vinegar for tang – I disavow. If you cook the beef like I recommend below, it will be tender. A lime wedge on the side as garnish adds the tart.

4. Look for a slab of chuck with good marbling and some fat. If it does not have streaks of fat running through it, the meat will not be as tender.

5. Lets talk about chilis and pardon me not using the Latin names – Ancho is just a whole, dried poblano of low heat, fruity, and common in any Mexican grocery, and the availability of which is still hardly worth the completely triggering experience of being surrounded of “no habla Englais” in your own fucking country. If it makes you feel better, cut a slit and shake out the seeds. If you live where you can grow these chilis, then you can grow and dry and smoke your own. If a beaner can do it….so can you. Ancho chilis should be leathery and flexible not brittle. Guajillo is a popular chili with thin flesh and low to medium heat, easily purchased in dried form, and should be a little flexible but not cracking if bent a little. Jalapeno brings mostly heat heat. Chipolte is a smoked jalapeno, and I used a new powdered Chipolte from McCormick, a little goes a long way. I used 80% Ancho and 15% Guajillo. Some Chipotle powder, and chili powder for heat

6. I used ingredients some may not consider purist but..about a teaspoon of powdered, unsweetened Hershey’s cocoa and a teaspoon of cinnamon per 2.5 lbs of beef , 3 cloves of pan roasted in the skin then peeled garlic, but no onion.

7. ACHTUNG!! SPERG ALERT!! TECHNIQUE SPIRALING AHEAD!! Cook a few strips of bacon for the fat in the cooking pot, set the bacon aside, use the fat to brown 2.5 lbs beef chuck in the cooking pot as big fuckin’ 2 inch chunks that you can dissect with a spoon. You don’t have to trim all the fat or connective tissues, we will deal with it later. Brown the beef cubes on one or two sides only and set in a bowl. Do not brown on all sides, it toughens the connective tissue.  You want to make brown bits on the cube and bottom of the pot but add fat to avoid burning as you go. Do a few pieces at a time with some space between them to avoid steaming the beef, don’t just throw all the beef in the pot and be a lazy spic about it. Deglaze. My buddy ran a restaurant and he told me about lazy beaner cooks hired by the owner who fucked up very good stew recipes by cutting corners. He saw the sales of that dish dropping off so he asked regular customers who ordered that dish why they didn’t order it anymore and they’d say “it wasn’t as good this time”.  He fired the lazy asses, and went in in the morning to do that dish himself, then worked all night making sure the tip cash wasn’t skimmed. It’s your chili, so don’t fuck off that browning detail. I share these tips because they are the difference between just “good” vs. “grandma God tier” She wouldn’t cheat you, nor will I. </sperg>

8. The chili paste is the heart of the dish – Toast but do not burn whole, dried chilis in a hot skillet, broiler, toaster oven BUT DO NOT BURN once the aroma is coming off, you are done, if you burn the chilis, your base will be bitter, compared to the beef, chilis are cheap, if you burn…start over. Soak the toasted chilis in 2-3 cups of 160F water for 30-40 minutes in a 2 quart sauce pan. Pull the re-hydrated chilies open and take out all seeds remove stems. You can even rinse them but the skin and flesh we shall keep. Keep the “chili tea” we are gonna use it. Strain the few seeds from the tea into a sauce pot, add the seedless, stemless, chili skins back in the tea and add dry spices and the pan roasted in the skin then peeled garlic, water or stock blend until smooth like a pasta sauce. Really blend it to get a smooth sauce base because some of the tough skin chilis types will make your sauce gritty it you don’t blend it well.

9. Add chili base to stock pot, add beef and beef juices, the bacon you cooked for the fat and didn’t snack it all in the cooking effort, and water or stock to cover the top of the beef. Cook for 2-1/2 hours at low heat or into the oven on low rack with the top cracked at 200F. At a hour or so, stir it. The beef will be tough at this point, do not despair, keep heat low. Steam and temperature toughens beef, so don’t let it boil. Some bake at 200F in the oven but my new stove had a broken temp sensor so I went to the range top. Again, take care not to boil your chili, it just boils off volitle oils which add the nose to the dish, and makes the meat tough. Cooking is done.

Have a little taste of the chili base for reference. Taste it now so tomorrow you can taste the difference of how the flavors develop after 24 hours. Let the pot cool some then put in fridge. Next day, pull off all fat which has floated to the top and turned to a solid with a spoon and your fingers. Grease coats the tongue and makes the flavor hard to perceive, and the meal hard to digest. We are going to have fat still in the beef in a concentrated flavor. Did you notice I have not added any additional salt? It’s not for any limp wrist health reason. I prefer to add salt on the next day after removing the fat at the top and before serving, and sparingly, because the flavor changes, people perceive salt differently, and too much salt is very hard to correct in a stew. I would only recommend salt in the beginning to sweat onions or tomatoes if you decide to put that in. I did not. You added bacon which adds salt, and some chicken stock has a lot of salt, so step up additional salt with care. I do not use beef stock, as most canned beef stock is shitty, and if you saw how it is made, you would disavow.

The next day did you notice that the dominating garlic flavor has stepped back into rank with the other flavors? This chili base isn’t super hot, it starts like dried fruit flavor, then pepper and smoke, then a subtle, covfefe boogie that most will not be able to attribute to trace amounts of cocoa or cinnamon right away, but that action ends when the molars come off the turnbuckle, smashing into the beef cube into a daze, and releasing the bone marrow flavor of the beef connective tissues we did not trim away like a degenerate cook on a network morning news show surrounded by self absorbed urbanite anchors. The tender beef did not come as much from adding additional acids as much as low heat cooking to avoiding steaming or boiling, and not using total browning. Some will wonder..”From whence come these complex flavors and tender cuts, prey ye tell your secret” and your answer is logical – white supremacy. The dish is pure Texan, but the cooking methods are French. Both are white. Who were the leaders in the global spice trade? Thank the Dutch.

So I made this chili in the spirit of a Texas cowboy with the ingredients and methods that would have been available to a cowboy on the trail or at the ranch (except the Bosch hand blender) Learn the chilis and make your own base with your own chili selections to be as fruity, smoky, earthy, roasted, or spicy as you prefer. cut up some lime wedges to add some sour balance and tang, Garnish with cilantro, sliced jalapeno, salt to taste. The beef will come apart easily and any veins of fat left in the beef chunks will..well…if you’ve ever had a beef shank with marrow in it, this is where I’m going. All this from a simple cowboy dish. No mestizo peasant beans interfered with this taste experience.

Iowan dems lament Senator’s comment that a tax break for the middle class would just be wasted on “women and booze”

Of the paltry amount of the tax reform directed toward middle class families, Iowa’s Sen Chuck Grassley informs the Des Moines Register,

“I think not having the estate tax recognizes the people that are investing, as opposed to those that are just spending every darn penny they have, whether it’s on booze or women or movies,”. – Sen Chuck Grassley

Now, older than dirt Grassley, didn’t dig the swamp, but he was there on the day God created it, and being opposed to hard work, he only appeared to cut the ribbon.  This humble writer met him in person actually, while in the accompaniment and influence of Booze and Women, back when Chuck was just a humble, folksy, aw gee shucks kind of two handed handshake kind of politician who learned how to tolerate weak church basement coffee, and feign interest in old people’s stories, and not accidentally saying  “where the hell is that?” every time someone tells you the name of a town consisting of nothing more than an intersection with a field of corn in 3 corners and a gas pump in the fourth.

Chuck Grassley’s 40th birthday party in 1922 included booze and women, but his did not squander his own money on them, an Ice Delivery company provided them in exchange to a law prohibiting the use of electric ice boxes until Maytag came along with a better offer in 1939.

Both democrats and republicans in Iowa hold strong political beliefs that are essentially the same, forged by the same suicidal altruism and egalitarian religious views on immigration and race. It’s a unique 50/50 blend of middle-of-the-road religious doctrine with a hearty homeland side dish of green bean casserole, cooked in cream of mushroom soup and topped with Durkee’s fried onions right out of the Methodist cookbook published by the woman’s guild of the local church. Only decades of well water laced with the leachate of pesticide residue could produce an electorate that thinks they are conservative/progressive while the rest of the country is held hostage by their sensible, good, honest, church going, did I say sensible, folk who work a full day for their fair share of farm subsidy payments. It’s not just being blessed by nothing more than the good fortune of their ancestors knowing when to stop going West when standing on a 5 foot deep layer of topsoil, it’s their kindness and goodness from working the land…from the filtered air and climate controlled, cab of a $632,000 (base model) tractor with 4WD tread drive and GPS assisted autonomous autopilot software with speed and direction control. TV and SAT radio.

Of course Iowans are not without the problems of modernity, such as their alcohol addiction problem, not an addiction to drinking it problem, but more accurately the addiction to the cash from selling it to us by force as a gasoline additive. We all pay for the 20% less gas energy in our cars and the cost of repairing non-ethanol conceived fuel systems in our older equipment, including the old tractors we cannot afford to replace unlike the half-million dollar autonomous driven, air conditioned John Deere machines preferred by the farm welfare recipient class. That is why Chuck Grassley is Iowa’s senator, and that is why Tom Harkin is Iowa’s senator.

The truth on US corporate tax rates

The consequences of the US having a corporate tax rate so high, is the incentive to not pay it, by organizations that can and must invest in experts to find or make ways to not pay corporate tax.

The byzantine US corporate tax code has two direct consequences for the middle class: 1) fewer domestic job prospects as value added work is exported, and; 2) the requirement to carry the tax burden for corporations that can afford experts to help them not pay taxes.

I see the reality of this in the automotive sector. Items are brought into the NAFTA region into bonded warehouses, where phony “value added” repackaging occurs. It’s like money laundering for goods.

The other scam is to ship products into a U.S. subsidiary at an artificially low price to avoid import duties, then mark them up with non-duty charges such as bogus freight, insurance, and transportation costs by the seller to the customer. Later the seller writes a check back at the home country to the customer’s parent company to refund the overcharge, avoiding both taxes on earnings by the customer, and avoidance of anti dumping duties when claims of secondary local processing are made.

This means that not only to local companies get screwed by dumping, the jobs in the sector are forced off shore by tariffs.  The Japanese are experts in this practice. They cheat at the micro level.

American companies cannot be bothered with these details. Think big. Say you are a search engine giant, you put your intellectual property in one country like Ireland, then create another company in the Netherlands, who bills corporate subsidiaries for “management services” but pays royalties for the use of intellectual property owned by the Irish subsidiary. This is called a “Dutch sandwich” and exploits idiosyncrasies of national tax laws. It is why billions of dollars of US profit are exported tax free and sit offshore with no possibility to return to the US economy. Trump tax plan allows for these fortunes to return to the United States, where investment in the United States can occur.

Fact: 60% of American companies do not pay ANY tax under current regulations.

‘White Lives Matter’ rally unites White Nationalist organizations in Tennessee.

Immigration, crime and globalist exploitation of the rural South addressed before large activist gathering.

Braving the wet, the cold, and the anti-white scorn of truck stop purveyor and TN governor Bill Haslam, a large coalition of White Nationalists held a unified protest in Shelbyville TN, southwest of Nashville to protest the media blackout of a church massacre in TN earlier this fall.

Drawing attention to the impact of uncontrolled immigration to central Tennessee, the rally is focused on physical and economic violence against whites, resulting from the annual settlement of 45,000 immigrants from underdeveloped countries into Tennessee’s small rural communities.

Shelbyville’s biggest employer, Tyson Foods, Inc. (NYSE: TSN) imports cheap labor to the local plant, contributing to the destabilization of the Shellbyville community. Profits are extracted to far off places, leaving the small TN town with the burden of immigrants who fail to assimilate to American life. These illiterate and unskilled castoffs commit violent crime, drain local resources, and drive down the quality of life cultivated by rural white citizens in small towns across Tennessee.

A 2015 attack by muslim terrorist Muhammad Youssef Abdulazee in nearby Chattanooga TN took the lives of four marines and a sailor. Abdulazee drove from a Marine recruiting center after killing a Marine and a Sailor, then continued to a nearby Marine reserve base and was engaged by a Marine with a personal firearm, and then by police who ended the assault, killing Abdulazee who was admitted to the US in 1996.

More recenty, the Sept 24^th 2017 in Antioch, TN church massacre which wounded 6 and took the life of Melanie Crow Smith, a white female 39 year of age, and a mother of 4 by Emanuel Kidega Samson, an immigrant admitted to the US in 1996. The attack ended when Samson was confronted by Robert Caleb Engle, 22, a church usher who engaged the larger attacker. Samson was shot in the struggle for the weapon and Engle was able to retrieve his permitted concealed weapon to end the attack.

The Antioch Church massacre disappeared from mainstream media coverage within hours, unlike a similar incident in South Carolina that claimed black victims, used as a moral basis to attack Southern cultural symbols and institutions every since. White Nationalist groups point out the disparity of national media reaction and media coverage as justification for white people to claim their racial identity and recognize it is under attack by corporate and non-white interests.

Many whites view the struggle as a battle of greed vs. hometown America, and are no longer remaining silent. “The Central Tennessee White Lives Matter protest calls attention to a growing problem”, said a anonymous source within the movement, “We learned after the government suppression of free speech and the false arrest and imprisonment of white activists in Charlottesville, VA on August 12^th, that our case needs to be made directly to the American people without the disruption from agitators or distortion by the corporate media cabal. We are not asking as a race to be treated better than anyone else, but we will not allow being treated worse. Right now we have five white men held without bail on bogus charges in Virginia, for defending themselves from a mob, if they were black, the media would have manufactured an outrage until they were released. The Governor of Tennessee called us “bigots” for refusing to let our fellow Volunteers be gunned down in church. It is the reason Bill Haslam’s political career is in TN politics is ending.”

Bill Haslam’s PILOT truck stop fortune was made by merchandising cheap foreign products to cash strapped blue collar workers. As governor, Haslam merchandised low value agreements of foreign investment deals to TN taxpayers. The state’s middle class taxpayers were forced to buy infrastructure on credit with corporate welfare, and will also be stuck with the welfare and healthcare costs of meagerly paid imported workers and dependents, plus the social costs these aliens create. The failure of Haslam’s deals to produce sustainable employment has led to an approval rating so low, he had now other choice than to make a recent sullen announcement not to run for the Senate seat to be vacated by US Senator Bob Corker (R), an election that any incumbent Governor with a pulse should have won easily.

He appears to be wrong side of history as the White Nationalist movement gains momentum in his state. Despite his dire prediction of a law breaking fascist mob wielding tiki torches, the protest ended with a handful of Antifa arrests.

Locals seemed unfazed by the State’s overreaction to the emerging political groups, “Where were all these police when people were attacked at Trump rallies?” laughed a woman walking her dog on the misty afternoon, “I don’t see anything unusual about them.”

 

 

What does communism have to offer the black man?

Slavery in the modern era is doing the work and not getting paid for it. Thus was the fate of DeAndre Harris, who now is charged with a felony. The system allowed him to post bail, but his trial is open and shut with video evidence that assures a conviction. Any monies he collected from whitey will be pissed away to lawyers and civil plaintiffs. At the end of the day, DeAndre Harris have nothing to show for his association with communism but a scar, another conviction, and maybe a civil judgement that will leave him in debt.

He fought for communism and lost. 

White Nationalists would do well to remind the negro of his good fortune to be riding whitey’s coat tails for 400 years. No other nation has as many affluent blacks as America, and from no real contribution on their part. Can any black person truly say America cannot continue without them? Even to the feeble mind of a black, this is an impossible conclusion. This is why the “Back to Africa” movement is followed by a chorus of “whut deh fuk we gunna do back there nigga?”. Even a broken watch is correct twice a day, for there are no stores for Air Force 1s in the African desert.

Did DeAndre ever think in a quiet moment of self reflection “Thousands of white liberals protesters and I’m the guy who gets a felony charge and my head split open.” Probably not.

So as you meme, please use DeAndre as a poster child for black victims of communism. Would Harvey fondle a fern before fornicating with with Phantas’ea? Would Harvey rub one out on a rubber plant before rolling with M’oehsa? The logical conclusion is Harvey Weinstein simply did not get aroused by black women.

Harvey doesn’t like black vaginas. Harvey doesn’t like black women’s fellatio. Harvey doesn’t commit onanism to black women’s bodies clothed or otherwise.

Of course, the relentless promotion of miscegenation, depiction of blacks as being morally superior to whites, depiction of whites being evil, stupid, or lazy were common tropes in Weinstein films. In real life however, and validated by statistics, blacks are not good enough to suck Harvey Weinstein’s jew pud. Is this what is meant by white privilege?

The only thing blacks are good for to any jew it to use them as a social irritant and a tool of violence against whites. Jews have done the organizing, blacks provide the numbers. They did it in the 60’s and they are doing it now.

Do you really care about my thoughts on the Vegas shooting? I didn’t think so. So here it comes. Many of you are familiar with the AR15 platform. Here is what made me stop and think – the hypotenuse of his distance to target from his elevation and was almost 1100 feet. I’ve been shooting for a long time and I can count on one hand the times I’ve had an opportunity to shoot at 300+ meters. Yes, this guy could have practiced in the desert, but not from an elevated position shooting downward at that angle.

Amazing red head with no direct relation to the topic, except that preserving the race that produces this is worth fighting for. Not only easy to look at, but she’s prolly kinda smart and fun in bed, but crazy as a shit house rat.

There are many aspects of the photos that demonstrate planning far beyond what could be achieved by a drunk. However his connection to Martin Marietta, seem to indicate a likelihood that he was an illegal arms dealer. Given his education, and employment history, I’d guess a dealer not of small arms, but perhaps of hardware used in more advanced weapons, or aviation parts, or weapons systems. Such dealing would put him in contact with people who could plan, train, and execute this attack. Patsy? Seems like it to me. Why would he kill himself when he could have kept shooting, he had to know he’d be shot on sight multiple times. All those guns and no body armor, but enough foresight to set up two shooting positions to evade counter sniper fire.

Goodbye Donald Trump. We loved you like one of our own even though we knew you were not.

I learned today after working the full day for a foreign company that rips America off by manipulating transfer pricing, and exploiting our markets, and then working out to vent the anger a day on the job brings, that America’s Veterans, Dads, Bartenders, Welders, Software engineers, all of whom have their labor taken without adequate return, are “terrorists” according to the 13% approval rating U.S. Congress, and a president who has an approval rating of less than 45% He tried to resist the AIPAC pressure but deeds speak louder than words and he did the dirty deed.

I can handle it. Hillary would still be arresting every single one of us she could identify. However, the last two month have been an unfortunate awakening of just how bad the JQ is. It started within hours of Charlottesville upon realizing that the story was in the can before the event and that I had been played. I guess my late blooming as a political activist hopeful left me naively expecting Saturday morning to be a continuation of Friday night. Roaring applause, ect, so forth. We all know how it ended..the fat lady had a cardiac event and the eight pitiful public servants had to carry Newport smoking Shamu off to the meatwagen, and upon loading, it’s one ton chassis springs wuz saggin’ like  dindunuthins pants on the way to an ill fated chimpout at the parking garage. I went into a funk. I suffered an injury to the sole of my foot leading to an infection. I had to perform my own surgery and I lost weight. My weight training app deloaded my workout to erase a months progress.

But I remain, the foot is healing, I am lifting, meinen AR Kollegen seem to be returning to saltiness.  Our communication strategy needs to be rebuilt from the bottom up. We can do it. Our leadership needs to regroup. They will. Our message has more fertile ground than ever since the Juden have overplayed their power level, and as usual they won’t realize it until they are so hated and feared, that populations nearby will ignore the unmistakable smell of burning flesh. To be expected. After all, they had typhus and had it been anyone but the Germans in charge, more than the 177,000 in the camps would have perished, a small number compared the the 17 million starved in the Holomodor. It makes one corpulent victim of suicide by fork seem rather insignificant.

So the worst thing that could have happened in Charlottesville would have been to get beaten up on national TV. That did not happen. Those in the know have to have some legitimate fear of what we can bring to the streets. We answered every attack with fists and had no plan for an offensive. Never again will that door be left open. The cyber beatdown cannot persist, the libs are starting to eat their tails with a (((NYT))) op-ed questioning the value of internet censorship. Obviously they wonder if setting a precedent for silencing political opposition is a thoughtful long term strategy. Either censorship stands and is used against them in the future, or it leads to anti-monopolisitic regulation, or a knockout game of jewish reporters, bankers, and capitalists. A clear message that the giant has awoken, the 1%ers feeling uncertain, and we must take the decision away from them.

The other achievement was meeting IRL. I met some people I will never forget, an instant bond. Striking steel makes it harder. We became harder in that moment. None can say keyboard warrior now can they? We have a congressional stamp of badass approval.
